Our Rules for Holding Your Event at the EBCC

All fees must be paid in order to secure a reservation.

  • Rental fee, attendant fee and security deposit must be paid at the time of the booking.  

  • Renter will receive a receipt.

​No Alcoholic Beverages 

  • No smoking materials of any kind are allowed on the EBCC Campus.
  • No alcoholic beverages of any kind allowed on EBCC Campus without proper licensing (county) and insurance.
  • Violation of this rule will result in loss of your security deposit.
  • In addition, the event will be shut down and the building secured.

Your Rental Payment Will Include a Time for Set-Up and Clean-Up.

  • We will indicate the time your rental area will be open and available to you. 
  • We will also let you know what time the rental area to be closed at.
  • IMPORTANT:  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEAN UP.
    • Clean-up should begin 30 - 45 minutes before the rental area closes.
    • You may need to start earlier if there are a lot of decorations or musical equipment to be removed.
  • If clean-up is not completed by closing, additional charges will be incurred.

Security deposit (minus any charges) will be refunded one week after the event.

  • Cost of work needed to clean or repair area after the event will be deducted from your security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • If Renter wishes to cancel the event, the deposit  will be refunded as follows:
    • 100% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Event Date.
    • 10% if cancelled 5 days prior to the Event Date.
    • 0% if less than 5 days or renter gives no notification.
Gymnasium Full Day - 5-8 Hours - $150 Half Day - 1-4 Hours - $75
Kitchen (Use of All Equipment) Full Day - 5-8 Hours - $150 Half Day - 1-4 Hours - $75
Meeting Rooms (All Floors) $20/Hour (2-Hour Minimum)
EBCC supervision $10/Hour
Security/Cleaning/Kitchen Deposit $75 (If food/drinks served.)

 Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to noon

​Closed Friday

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

We Invite You to Hold Your Event at the East Bluff Community Center. 


We are a former grade school offering multiple meeting rooms, a gymnasium, a full kitchen and on-site parking for your event. To schedule your event:

  • Fill out the reservation request form below to to request your date, time and space needs.
  • Submit the form.
  • Follow up with Jim Combs to make sure this date is available.
  • You will still need to come onsite to reserve your date, sign the rental agreement and pay the deposit.
