Peoria Opportunities Foundation’s (POF) purpose is developing affordable housing with emphasis on developing self-sufficiency and economic wealth for low-income families and individuals.

Hailing from Detroit, Michigan, Robert Bell comes to Peoria with a wealth of knowledge on boxing, athletic training and youth development. Knock Out Kings Boxing runs on weekday evenings.

John Seckler is a branding and design consultant whose life and work took him to 10 years each in San Francisco and New York City. Returning to his hometown in 2013, He has found a home in EBCC, turning Room 303 into a creative space not just for himself but also for anyone in the East Bluff community interested in Art and Design. The East Bluff Community Center provides space for many partner agencies to bring their services directly to this neighborhood. We are proud partners to:

Turning Point is a self-help and support group for those in recovery. They meet regularly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings at the EBCC. Call 309-503-1266 to learn more.

Knock Out Kings Boxing Club 

PCCEO has a LIHEAP office at the EBCC. Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is designed to help low-income households pay for energy services.

The Boys and Girls Club runs a high quality afterschool program at the EBCC everyday from 1:00pm to 6:00pm. Youth in the program grow their academic, social-emotional, and creative potential. 

The Peoria Humanists are a secular organization that honors and celebrates human agency, value, and capability. They provide community services periodically to the East Bluff neighborhood.
