Located in the heart of Peoria's East Bluff...

The East Bluff Community Center (EBCC) is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization located at 512 E. Kansas St. in one of Peoria’s lowest income, but richest historical neighborhoods. With a mission “to foster connections that enrich lives and enhance the East Bluff", we work hard to offer a safe and welcoming campus. The EBCC's main services for the community include:

• Youth development programs, including evening youth club and summer basketball/mentoring program.
  
• Weekly food pantry, which includes a hot meal. We have a community garden that families can pick from, and many of these vegetables are made available at our food pantry as well.
  
• Community engagement activities. We host monthly events and send out a monthly newsletter to connect neighbors to services and one another.
  
• Affordable event rentals. Our community meeting rooms and gym can be used at a very affordable rate for events, like birthday parties and baby showers. Our commercial kitchen can be used for commissary.
  
• We believe collaboration is key, and we partner with a wide range of agencies and individuals, providing space for them to bring their services directly to the East Bluff. View these partner services here.
